Terms of Use

These terms describe what Weighly does, what it cannot promise, and the ground rules for using it.
1. The service
Weighly provides camera-based estimates for the weight of photographed food and objects, plus related tools such as unit conversion and saved scan history. An active Pro subscription is required to use the app. Usage limits apply to all plans. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as it develops.
2. Estimates have limits
Every result is an estimate and may be wrong. Lighting, framing, object shape, camera quality, reference detection, and food variation all affect the result. A reference can narrow a range but cannot make a photograph equivalent to a physical scale.
Do not use Weighly for legal, medical, safety-critical, trade, or commercial weighing. Use a suitable real scale and qualified advice where the measurement matters.
3. Apple billing and purchases
Pro is available through weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions on the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region. A three-day free trial may be available on the weekly plan only if Apple and RevenueCat confirm your eligibility; the yearly plan has no trial. Apple charges your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple controls billing, cancellation, refunds, and purchase restoration; request those through Apple’s applicable support channels.
4. Your responsibilities
Use the service lawfully and do not upload content you have no right to process. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe its infrastructure, bypass quotas, reverse engineer protected parts, or use estimates to harm another person.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Dev Lab Phuket LTD disclaims warranties that an estimate will be complete, available, or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for decisions made from an estimate where the law permits that limitation. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. We may limit or end access when necessary for security, misuse, or service operation.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Thailand will hear disputes unless applicable law requires another forum.
